How do I place an order?
Add the tools you need to your cart and check out online. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay through our secure checkout.
When is my payment charged?
Your payment is processed when you place your order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available on bulk orders of all our products. Email cthompson@haroldallencompany.com with the tools and quantities you need and we’ll send you pricing.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies only to orders shipping to Idaho.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. If anything will take longer, we’ll contact you directly.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You’ll see your shipping options and prices before you pay.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. Our tools are used by fire-sprinkler professionals around the world. Enter your address at checkout to see shipping options, or email cthompson@haroldallencompany.com with questions.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at cthompson@haroldallencompany.com and we’ll make it right.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. Replacement parts such as hoses, adapters, and magnets are available for our tools. Email cthompson@haroldallencompany.com with the tool and the part you need.
